Scripture/Text: Psalm 141; Psalm 141 finds David in distress, under attack by his enemies and plotted against by men who work iniquity, and his response shows what it means to have a God-ward heart. Having a God-ward heart means you know the source of life, you know where to turn to for help because you turn there so often it is part of your daily routine. It means that you are so familiar with being in God's presence that your heart has developed an appetite for God that nothing on earth can satisfy.
